1. Engagement & Milestone Scope
All mobile application development projects proceed under a clearly defined Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, milestones, tech stacks, and acceptance criteria. Work begins upon receipt of the initial kickoff milestone payment.
2. 100% Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon completion of all agreed project milestones and full settlement of invoices, 100% of all intellectual property, source code, designs, and assets belong entirely to the client. Full git repository access and build instructions are transferred immediately.
3. Scope Changes & Revisions
Software development is iterative. Minor adjustments aligned with original specifications are handled seamlessly. Significant architectural pivots or new feature additions outside the initial milestone agreement are scoped as separate change orders with agreed pricing before implementation.
4. Store Submissions & Third-Party Platforms
We ensure all developed code complies strictly with current Google Play Console and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. However, final store approval is subject to third-party policies beyond developer control (e.g., business licenses, trademark disputes, or account identity checks).
5. Post-Launch Warranty & Support
Every newly launched application includes a 30-day bug warranty period following store deployment to resolve any unanticipated defects or crashes covered in the agreed scope without additional charge.
